1. Execution of provisional seizure of the real estate listed in Attachment No. 1 of the Defendant National Bank’s Schedule among the instant lawsuits.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff completed the registration of transfer of ownership on May 9, 1985, the registration of transfer of ownership, the registration of transfer of ownership on December 1, 1986, the registration of transfer of ownership, the registration of ownership transfer on the real estate stated in paragraph (3) of the attached Table, the registration of ownership transfer on April 22, 197, and the registration of ownership transfer on the real estate listed in paragraph (7) of the attached Table, on August 7, 1984, the registration of ownership transfer on August 9, 1984, the registration of ownership transfer on the real estate listed in paragraph (8) of the attached Table, and the registration of ownership transfer on October 31, 1984, on the real estate listed in paragraph (8) of the attached Table, for sale on August 7, 1984, and on the real estate listed in paragraph (8) of the attached Table.

(hereinafter referred to as the “real estate indicated in the attached list”) shall be referred to as the “real estate of this case”. (b)

After that, C completed the registration of transfer of ownership on April 4, 201, as the received on April 7, 2011, the Suwon District Court Yang Jong-gu Office for Registration of Transfer of Ownership as to the instant real estate under Article 15325.

(1) On December 4, 2012, when Defendant B filed an application for provisional seizure of real estate with the Suwon District Court 2012Kadan260, the registration of provisional seizure was completed on December 4, 2012 as to the instant real estate on December 4, 2012.

B. The registration of provisional seizure was completed on November 20, 2012 on the instant real estate on November 20, 2012 by the Seoul Western District Court 2012Kadan10646.

【Defendant National Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant National Bank”) filed an application for provisional seizure of real estate with Seoul Northern District Court 2012Kadan7433, the registration of provisional seizure was completed on November 23, 2012 due to the above court’s ruling of provisional seizure of real estate on November 23, 2012.

(hereinafter referred to as the "execution of provisional seizure of this case by Defendant National Bank"). The Defendant Credit Guarantee Foundation applied for provisional seizure of real estate as Seoul Northern District Court 2013Kadan1421.
