The Defendant has a record of driving alcohol on November 23, 2008 and June 5, 2010.

On June 10, 2018, the Defendant driven B Abbin vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.076% in the section of approximately two kilometers from the 33-50 square meters to the front road of the Jinjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City) in front of the Dong-gu Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City) to the front road of the Jeonjin-gu Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City).
