A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who intends to become a candidate for an election of D superintendent of education conducted on June 4, 2014.

No one shall distribute documents, drawings, printed matters or other similar things indicating the names of candidates (including persons intending to become candidates) to the election day from 180 days prior to the election day to the election day, without resorting to the provisions of the Public Official Election Act, and make any election campaigns using various printed matters, door-to-door visits or other methods prior to the election campaign period, and no one shall make visits to each door for the election campaign.
