1. Basic facts

A. Status 1 of the parties concerned) The Plaintiff is the Young-si A Apartment (hereinafter referred to as the “instant apartment”).

(2) The Defendant M&C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “M&C”) is a project proprietor who constructed and sold the instant apartment, and Defendant Shin Young-young Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “M&C”) is a new construction contractor of the said apartment.

(B) On April 2, 2010, Defendant Il Young-young entered into a contract for the repair of defects (hereinafter “instant warranty contract”) as indicated below, with the guarantee creditor as to the instant apartment between Defendant Il-young and the housing guarantee company on April 2, 2010, on the following (hereinafter “the details of the contract for the repair of defects”) and the contract for the repair of defects (hereinafter “instant warranty contract”). When referring to each of the above warranty contracts, the contract for the repair of defects (hereinafter “instant warranty contract”).
