Defendant

A and C shall be punished by imprisonment for one year, and by imprisonment for ten months, respectively.

However, from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

(a) On June 5, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (or arrangement of commercial sex acts), opened a commercial sex acts establishment with the trade name “I” on the fourth floor of the H building in Yongsan-gu, Youngdong-gu, Busan, and the same year thereafter.

8. Until October, 100, a business of employing 6 women of sexual traffic, such as Thailand women in the name of J, and having them find out their locations, receiving 110,000 won from 110,000 won to 160,000 won in return for sexual traffic, and arranging sexual traffic.

(b) A inseminator who violates the Medical Service Act shall be qualified as a person who has completed a certain course from among visually impaired persons under the Act on Welfare of Persons with Disabilities, and shall not establish a massage place unless he/she is a inseminator;

Nevertheless, the Defendant and L(the same day suspension) conspired to introduce and supply the female workers to the her employee with the knowledge that sexual traffic, such as the massage in the place of the operation of the above A, was conducted with the inside of the Thailand with the awareness that sexual traffic, etc. was committed.

The Defendant and L are below Thailand from April 4, 2015 to August 28, 2015.
