Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a cargo vehicle of Category C and III.
1. On July 6, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.052% of blood alcohol level, the Defendant was driving along two-lanes along the two-lanes of the two-lane road near the Doncheon Road in the middle of the Gyeonggi-si.
