A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant pays 2,077,000 won to the applicant through fraud.

Punishment of the crime

On June 13, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment due to habitual fraud, etc. at the Seoul Southern District Court (Seoul Southern District Court) and completed the execution of the sentence on August 22, 2014.

After intentionally causing a minor traffic accident, the accused has committed a traffic accident due to the negligence of the other driver, resulting in damage, such as the damage of the vehicle caused by the shock and the injury to the hospital treatment.

On November 16, 2014, around 20:28, the Defendant followed the said cross-learning car while driving a c bargaining car on the roads near the Asan Station located in the Dong of the Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and driving it on the direction of the Amsan Station on the west Bridge.

D Driving's Echip car is reported to the Echip car, and the electric-way signal is rapidly cut to yellow, and D, which is not anticipated to do so, has the front part of the fchip car.

Although the Defendant intentionally caused a traffic accident as above, the Defendant: (a) had D receive an accident as if the said vehicle driven by the Defendant was damaged and the Defendant was paid KRW 1,277,300 for the purpose of an agreement around November 18, 2014; and (b) had D receive the insurance money under the pretext of an agreement from November 16, 2014 to June 24, 2015, “2,07,000 won” in attached Table 4 “the total of KRW 2,07,000,000,000 for the purpose of an agreement; and (c) had D receive the pecuniary benefits; and (d) habitually, from November 16, 2014 to June 24, 2015, the Defendant corrected “the total of KRW 3,277,000,000” in attached Table 4 “the total of KRW 5,326,528,205,300”.

In sum, 52,326,380 won in total shall be obtained or acquired from victims by intentionally causing traffic accidents at least 16 times, such as the statement.
