Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A crime on September 3, 2013;
A. On September 3, 2013, at around 19:30 on September 3, 2013, the Defendant entering a residence was in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, and at the residence of the victim D, 106 Dong 402, the Defendant confirmed that the entrance door was locked, and confirmed that the entrance door was locked, and the key to the entrance door, which was locked by the repair hole, was replaced, and intruded into the victim’s residence without permission.
B. The Defendant of larceny No. 1
At the time, location, and location of the port, US$1,00 owned by the victim, 1,00 credit card of the new bank, galgalian department card, and galgalian department card, were stolen by taking the victim's wall and passport.
2. The crime on September 4, 2013;

Around August 2013, the Defendant: (a) made a false statement that the Defendant had lost the Defendant’s bank and passport while staying in Mamania without losing the passport; (b) made a report on the loss of the said account on September 2, 2013; (c) made a return to Korea on September 2, 2013; and (d) obtained a re-issuance of the passbook at the Go-dong branch of the SCB Bank located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (c) embezzled the amount equivalent to KRW 82,50,000,000, which was entered in the said E account at the Hong-gu point of the SCB Bank located in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu, Seoul, by withdrawing the amount equivalent to the same amount owned by the Defendant.
B. On September 4, 2013, around 15:00, the injured Defendant abused the victim at his/her residence in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, 106 dong 402 Do 402 Do 402 Do 402 Do 48 Do 106 Do 402 Do 48 Do 200 Do 206 Do 202 Do 202 Do 2002 Do 202 Do 2002 Do 206 Do
C. The Defendant was detained on September 4, 2013, and around 15:00, the above 2-B.
at the residence of the victim D as described in the subsection.
