A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 12, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Egressing Vehicles) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S. after an accident) (hereinafter “AF”) driving a CLIMA vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.125% at around 12:50 on Nov. 7, 2015, while driving the CLIMA vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of at least 0.125% on blood, and driving the road under the direction of the BF in Yangcheon-ro, Yangcheon-ro, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul. 2. Defendant 1 driven a ALIMA vehicle from the front side of the Yangcheon-gu, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul to the roads under the same title with the alcohol level of 0.125% under the influence of alcohol at the same time as above 1.

3. The Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties, at the Yangcheon-gu Recycling Center parking lot located in Yangcheon-gu, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, Dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong
