Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 13, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for the crime of forging official documents at the Daegu District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 24, 2011.

The Defendant, as a Pakistan coal who is engaged in the used car trade business, has temporarily sealed the seal of Pakistan (D; hereinafter referred to as “D”)’s nationality, which jointly used the office, on the tax invoice paper, affixed D’s seal in advance on the tax invoice paper while D departs from the Republic of Korea with Pakistan, he arbitrarily prepared the tax invoice and receipt in the name of D, the Defendant as the seller, and the buyer, and attempted to receive the value-added tax by using it.

1. On February 27, 2009, the Defendant, without authority, posted D’s prior seal in the column of supplier of the tax invoice site “F, G, Daegu-gu H, H, Wholesale, Trade,” and the supplier column “I, J, A, Daegu-gu K 104/1903, Wholesale and Trade, Wholesale and Trade,” and on the monthly column “27.27,” in the item column “8,363,636,” in the item column, “836,364,” in the aggregate amount column “836,364,” and in the aggregate amount column “9,200,00,” forged one copy of the tax invoice in the name of D’s private document indicating facts.

In addition, the Defendant, from January 2, 2009 to March 24, 2009, forged a tax invoice in the name of D, which is a private document on confirmation of facts, as described in the attached list of crimes, as shown in the attached list of crimes.

2. The receipt section

A. On January 22, 2009, the Defendant without authority at offices jointly used with D on the 302 building in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and without authority, for the purpose of exercising, and on the receipt paper, “supplier registration number: F: name: D; and name of the person who received the receipt: A; used cars; 10,000,000 of used cars; and 10,000 of the above amount.
