Punishment of the crime

At around June 14, 2016, Defendant A, “2016 Highest 2419,” Defendant A, despite the lack of intent or capacity to sell a game machine, made a false statement to the effect that “to sell a game machine” by accessing an Internet machine and suggesting a transaction by “to sell a game machine,” and that “to transfer a game machine to the victim F who reported the fact,” Defendant A received 400,000 won from the victim’s foreign exchange bank account (H) in the same day.
