A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.
At around 20:50 on September 16, 2013, the Defendant driven the said rocketing car with a alcohol content of 0.250% 0.2%, and driven the said rocketing car into a light-wise IC located in the front of the Chungcheongnam-gun of the voice-gun of the Chungcheongnam-gun of the Republic of Korea, the Defendant got off the front of the said rocketing car due to occupational negligence, which failed to accurately operate the operation of the brake in a situation where it is difficult to drive the brake due to drinking, and caused the said Switzerland car to spread back to the front of the said rocketing car, and caused the said Switzerland car to spread to the front part of the traffic signal, and caused the victim to receive the front part of the said SH driver’s vehicle in the front part of the traffic signal.
