1. On July 19, 201, the Defendant told the victim E’s house of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D apartment No. 102 Dong 104, 104, that “The Defendant is liable to pay the victim a charge if he/she lends the name of the cell phone opening.”

2. On August 7, 2011, the Defendant, by entering the inner room of E’s friendly victim G (n, 62 years of age) from E, proposed that he/she use precious metal, etc. as daily living expenses, entertainment expenses, etc., with E’s consent, he/she conspired to larceny by obtaining consent from E.
