Defendants shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the Defendants did not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are shop occupants in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and victim F is the representative member of the E management body. The Defendants prepared a written request for dismissal of the victim on the grounds that the victim did not actively oppose the “payment of parking lot” case at the E management body representative meeting, and had the victim dismissed from the representative member of the management body.

Accordingly, around December 18, 2013, Defendant A asked Defendant B to prepare a written request for dismissal disposition. Defendant B prepared a written request for dismissal disposition stating “G real estate office located on the third floor of the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E Fashion Hall in Songpa-gu Seoul on the same day,” and Defendant B continued to operate the real estate brokerage office in E even after the victim was elected as the representative member of the management body, and even after the victim was elected as the representative member, the clothes business was actually operated, and was temporarily closed for sales and thereafter, did not have the intent to operate the business. Although there was no fact subject to audit by Seoul Special Metropolitan City and the Board of Audit and Inspection, Defendant A did not perform a funeral only when the representative of the management body was elected, but did not perform a funeral only after the representative of the management body was selected by the Seoul Metropolitan City and the Board of Audit and Inspection, and printed it to Defendant A. Defendant A sent the above written request for dismissal disposition to the Seoul Metropolitan City E E Eth Office, the Seoul Metropolitan Government Committee for Removal and the H Corporation.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with each other by publicly pointing out the aforementioned false facts, thereby damaging the reputation of the victim.
