A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of fixed cargo C.

On July 5, 2014, at around 17:08, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle, and led to the two-lanes prior to the entrance of Samsung Active Cultural Park, which was located in Gyeongsan-si in Gyeongsan-si, Namsan-si, Nambuk-do, the Defendant proceeded along one-lane from the other hot spring to the pressure level.
