Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants are the employees of the heating construction company “I” reported as visit sales business from the fourth floor of Ansan-gu, Ansan-si, the fourth floor of H, and Defendant A is the representative of the above company. Defendant B is the head of the technical department of the above company, Defendant C, and Defendant D are the head of the inspection team of the above company.
The Defendants found out an area where the stoves or Bara was densely concentrated, and, if the Defendants did not immediately repair the gas boiler under normal operation against the main or senior citizens, etc. who were unaware of the boiler, the Defendants had the boiler and boiler distributors replaced the boiler as if the operation would immediately cease, and agreed to acquire the price, and committed the following crimes.
1.
