C) On October 9, 2009, C concluded a mortgage agreement with the Industrial Bank of Korea and the maximum debt amount of KRW 110 million, the debtor C, and the Industrial Bank of Korea on October 9, 2009, with respect to each of the above real estate, with respect to 66/30 of the ownership shares in the possession of 55.44m2 of the above ground 5.44m2 and 300m2 of the ownership of 30m2 of the 300m2 of the 193m2 on the ground of sale and purchase on July 16, 2008.
