A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 7, 2015, at around 09:15, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license for a motor vehicle, driven a C low-speed motor vehicle from the front road of the Defendant’s residence in B at the time of residence to the front day of the door-to-door in the door-to-door Gyeongyeong-gu, Sinyeong-gu.
