A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:42 on August 12, 2015, the Defendant driving a B low-speed car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 2 km from the front of the mountain park located in the definition of Sacheon-si, Sacheon-si to the road located in the same Eup/Myeon peace store in the same Eup/Myeon around that time.

2. On August 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 01:50 on August 12, 2015, at the Gyeongcheon-si Police Station D District; (b) on the Gyeongcheon-si, Sacheon-si, Sacheon-si, the Defendant: (c) pursuant to the foregoing, the Defendant: (d) pursuant to the Gyeongcheon-si, the police station D District; (d) pursuant to the above, the Defendant informed the police officer of the occurrence of the instant accident; (d) pursuant to the Defendant, the Defendant sent the disturbance to the police officer in relation to other cases at the front parking lot of the district; and (e) the Defendant Da Da Da Da Da Da Da Da Da Da Da called the Defendant, “Iskk Dok kk kk kk kk kk kk k kn; and (e) took the Defendant’s knb of the Victim F, a police officer who attempted to arrest the Defendant as a flagrant offender.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by the police officers in relation to criminal investigation and maintenance of public order, and at the same time, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim F for about three weeks of medical treatment.
