A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who provides a classified game machine for the use of game products shall provide such for the distribution or use, or display or store such game products for such purposes;

Nevertheless, from June 1, 2013 to 20:35 of the same month, the Defendant installed 11 pule-electronic game equipment, which was not classified by the Game Rating Board, on the second floor of C real estate in Chuncheon City from June 1, 2013 to 20:35 of the same month, 11, and 1, which was used by customers who found the place.
