Punishment of the crime

On October 2, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. in the Incheon District Court on October 2, 2013, and the judgment was finalized on January 17, 2014
