1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

I. "2013 Highest 5499";

1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A. On January 15, 2013, at around 18:30 on January 15, 2013, the Defendant, along with C and D, conspiredd with C and D to allow sexual traffic with unspecified men, who are, and were known to C, a juvenile victim, coming home with C, and going home with C, to engage in sexual traffic.

C Recognizing that the victim is able to fulfill the conditions of the victim, and the defendant and D sought sex purchase from the rest room of the I Hospital located in the Busan Young-gu, Busan Metropolitan City H on the same day by using mobile phone hosting application on the same day.

After 21:30 on the same day, the Defendant, C, and D had the victim take her vehicle before the said I Hospital to get out of the JJ, and the J have the victim take out the vehicle before the said I Hospital, and paid 10,000 won to the victim's chest and her chest in the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with C and D to induce the victim to become the other party to purchase child or juvenile sex.

B. At around 03:30 on January 16, 2013, the Defendant and D, along with the said victim on the first floor of the instant I Hospital, have the victim re-contribute the “requirements South” by the said method, and D was aware of the victim, and the Defendant sought sex purchase using mobile phone mating.

After 04:30 on the same day, the Defendant and D received 120,000 won from Mamoel L in the Young-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, in the vicinity of the Kando, from which the victim could not know his name, and received 120,000 won from Mamo-gu L.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with D to induce the victim to become the other party to purchase child or juvenile sex.

2. Violation of the Juvenile Protection Act;

(a) No person shall purchase drugs, articles, etc. harmful to juveniles and provide them to juveniles at the request of juveniles;
