Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the manager of the amusement shop B.

A food entertainment business operator and his/her employees shall not engage in any act of attracting customers.

A. On September 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 03:45, at the “B amusement shop” located on the first floor of the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant: (b) caused D to have a customer with no name known in the vicinity of the F Station located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (c) provided D with KRW 130,000 in return, thereby violating the obligation of food entertainment employees.

B. On September 24, 2016, around 23:15, the Defendant violated the obligation of employees of food service providers, by allowing D to make a customer with no name known in the vicinity of the F Station located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and by providing D with 40,000 won in return.

On September 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 03:30 on September 28, 2016, at the “B amusement drinking point”, the Defendant: (b) caused D to have a customer with no name known in the vicinity of the F Station located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (c) provided D with KRW 50,000 in return; and (d) violated the obligation of food entertainment business employees.

On September 29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 07:30 on September 29, 2016, at the above “B amusement station”, the Defendant: (b) caused D to have a customer who is unable to know his name in the vicinity of the F Station located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (c) provided D with KRW 50,000 in return; and (d) violated the obligation of food service providers’ employees.
