1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
A. (i) Of the 2181m2 in Gwangju Northern-gu C forest land, indication 24, 25, 26, 12, 13, 27 of the attached appraisal drawings.
Reasons
1. Claim for exclusion from disturbance of ownership;
A. 1) The fact of recognition is 1) The forest land C in Gwangju Northern-gu 2181 square meters (hereinafter “instant forest”).
As to the instant forest, the registration of ownership transfer under the Plaintiff’s name was completed as of January 27, 1989 by the Gwangju District Court registry No. 3269, Jan. 27, 1989, and D miscellaneous land adjacent to the instant forest (hereinafter “instant adjacent land”).
(2) On July 15, 2005, the registration of ownership transfer under the name of the Defendant was completed as of July 15, 2005. The Defendant installed the automobile-related facilities to run the car scrapping and recycling business on the neighboring land of this case, and installed a retaining wall on the forest of this case along with the forest of this case, and occupied the portion of “bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb” in order to connect each point of which is indicated in the separate appraisal drawings.
3) The Defendant owns the general steel-frame and other roof framed buildings (the part indicated as building 1 and building 2) connected with each point of 24,25, 26, 12, 13, 27, and 24 of the same drawings among the possessed parts of this case, which are owned by the Defendant, 28, 29, 34, 11, 35, and 28 of the same drawings, which are used as parts storage, on the ground of 50 square meters inside the ship connected each point of 24, 25, 26, 12, 13, 27, and 24 of the same drawings, which are located in the order of 30,31, 32, 33, and 30 square meters of each of the above drawings, which are owned by the general steel-frame and other roof pent buildings used as shower rooms (the part indicated as building 4, 160,000 won per annum after 108,2608,2000.
