Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, from the date of the final judgment of this case, the defendants are above two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A, on March 2014, intended to establish an account by creating a legal entity under the name of four and sell it on the illegal sports soil site after opening an account.
The proposal was presented to the effect that it would give 1.5 million won.
Accordingly, from March 2014 to May 2014, the Defendant conspiredd with H, etc. to transfer the following: (a) the National Bank J account in the name of Korea; (b) the Bank K account; (c) the Agricultural Bank account; (d) the Agricultural Bank account; (e) the NAC account; (e) the Han Bank N account; (e) the Saemaul Bank P account; (e) the National Bank Holdings Account; (f) the New Bank S Account; (f) the Saemaul Bank T Account; (f) the Saemaul Bank V Account; (f) the Bank V Account; (c) the Bank X Account; (f) the NA Account; (f) the NA Account; (f) the NA Account; and (f) the New Bank AB Account; (f) the National Bank Account; (f) the New Bank Account; (f) the AF Account; (f) the AF Account; (f) the AF Account; (f) the AF Bank Account; (f) the AF Bank Account; and (f) the FP Account; and (f) the PP Account;
2. Defendant B, around May 2014, intended to establish an account by forming a legal entity under the name of NA and sell it on the illegal sports soil site after opening an account.
The proposal was received to the effect that it would give KRW 1 million per corporation.
Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with H, etc. from May 2014 to July 2014, in collusion with H, etc., from AL bank AM account in the name of the National Bank, National Bank NF account, Nonghyup account, Agricultural Bank AO account, Han Bank AP account, Han Bank AP account, Han Bank AP account, Saemaul Bank AS account, Saemaul Bank AS account, National Bank AV account, National Bank AV account, Agricultural Bank AV account, No. AX account, Agricultural Cooperatives AY account, Agricultural Bank AY account, New Bank AZ account, New Bank BA account, Han Bank BB account, Saemaul Bank BC account, Saemaul Bank account, and BD account, new bank BE account in the name of BD.
