Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Chemicals Control Act (snesting hallucinogenic substances);

A. At around 17:00 on August 13, 2017, the Defendant injected hallucinogenic substances in the Defendant’s dwelling room located in Seo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, 101 Dong 1005, the Defendant: (a) put one industrial contact agent (capacity: 140ml) of the trade name, “D” containing hallucinogenic substances, into a plastic sealing; and (b) inhaled hallucinogenic substances in a sinyl chloride to be filled with the Defendant’s coin.

B. On August 20, 2017, at around 09:30, the Defendant injected hallucinogenic substances in the hallway of 101 Dong C apartment building 101 and 10 stories, one industrial contact package, which is a product of the above trade name, into a vinyl paper, and then inhales hallucinogenic substances in the Defendant’s coin and the Defendant’s vinyl paper to be filled.

2. On August 13, 2017, at around 17:22, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties, and the injured Defendant confirmed the Defendant’s suspicion of inhalement of hallucinogenic substances by the victim F, a police officer belonging to the Madern Police Station Ear Team in the Seosan Police Station in Busan District, which called the Defendant at the site after receiving a report of 112 of his mother’s mother’s mother’s 112, followed the Defendant’s lawful execution of duties concerning the arrest of the Defendant as a current offender by assaulting the victim’s left hand, such as a defect in attempting to arrest the Defendant as a criminal, resistance, and the victim’s left hand hand, thereby hindering the Defendant’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of the flagrant offender, and at the same time, the victim sustained an open injury to the
