Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates D in Ulsan-gun C.

D is a factory manufacturing floor materials, and as a specific fire-fighting object under the Installation, Maintenance, and Safety Control of Fire-Fighting Systems Act, a fire safety controller shall be appointed as a statutory fire safety controller (factory 1,000 square meters or more). However, the Defendant violated the Installation, Maintenance, and Safety Control of Fire-Fighting Systems Act by failing to appoint a fire safety controller while operating D in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun from March 15, 2013 to June 24, 2014.
