Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 29, 2016, at around 00:22, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (i.e., the U., the following measures): (a) driven a first-hand car on the road in front of the Incheon Southern-dong, Incheon, to turn to the right-hand turn on the left-hand turn on the road from the Dog-dong side; (b) was parked on the front side of the Victim F ( South, 37 years old); and (c) damaged the part front of the right-hand part of the G rocketing or other car in front of the Defendant’s car by taking advantage of the part in front of the Defendant’s car in front of the repair cost by exchanging the said damaged car with the first one.

Accordingly, the Defendant did not take necessary measures such as immediately stopping and checking the damage status while destroying the above rocketing car due to traffic.

2. On the road in which the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) on the road in which it is impossible to know whether it is located in the Southern East-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-dong, Incheon, the Defendant driven the E body-man car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 3km alcohol concentration of about 0.134% from the 3km section from the Southern-dong, Incheon, Southern-dong, to the 645-11nd road.
