1. Of the real property listed in [Attachment I] 1 and 2 to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant):

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. Basic facts

A. A. A lease agreement and renewal (1) around 1983 and around 2007, the Defendants entered into a lease agreement with a network K (the deceased on or around 2014; hereinafter “the deceased”) with respect to the real estate listed in [Attachment 1] and (2) of [Attachment 1] (hereinafter “instant building”) and operated an office or store as follows.

On April 30, 2003, the object of the lease under the Defendant’s first lease contract: approximately 80 square meters (H sales facilities; hereinafter “the store of this case”) in the part of the ship (A), which connects each point of the 1,2,13,14, and 1 of the 1st floor drawings among the attached Form 2 drawings on April 30, 2003, E on April 9, 1983, which connects each point of about 5,6,10,11, and 5 of the 1st floor drawings in the attached Form 2 drawings; approximately 40 square meters in the part (B); hereinafter “the store of this case”) among the attached Form 2 drawings on August 9, 2007.

8. The instant building was inherited and subsequently renewed the lease agreement with L et al. who succeeded to the lessor’s status by adjusting the following rent and setting the lease term as one year:

(2) On April 8, 2015, the monthly rent of the lease deposit for the lease term on the date of the renewal of the contract for the first lease contract by the Defendant (hereinafter “each of the instant lease”). B. The Plaintiffs’ acquisition of ownership by L, etc. around August 31, 2016 purchased the instant building from L, etc. and completed the registration of ownership transfer on or around October 19, 2016.
