Punishment of the crime

On September 5, 2015, at around 03:26, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.168% of blood alcohol concentration, was driving C rocketing car from the roads in front of the wife, Kim Jong-dong and the post population of the wife, to approximately 4km of B apartment 202 underground parking lots.
