Punishment of the crime
【The Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor on October 18, 2012, by means of larceny, etc., from the Suwon District Court’s Branch Branch on April 4, 2016, and was sentenced to a summary order of one million won as a fine for larceny at the Daegu District Court’s Branch on April 15, 2016. On August 9, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of seven hundred thousand won of a fine for attempted larceny at the Daegu District Court’s Branch on April 15, 2016, and was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor on April 27, 2017 at the Daegu District Court’s Branch Branch for Special Theft, etc. and completed the execution of the sentence.
[Criminal Facts]
1. On July 7, 2017, the Defendant attempted to larceny, near the Seo-gu Seo-gu Seo-gu Seoul House C Housing Lease Parking Lot, and the Defendant attempted to open the e-mail truck owned by the victim D, who was parked there, with his hand, in order to steals the articles located therein, but failed to bring his intention.
2.
