A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 17, 2009, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on March 19, 2012, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 3 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Incheon District Court's Branch of the Daejeon District Court on March 19, 201.

On May 25, 2019, at around 13:30, the Defendant driven a car in Ecoon from the Do in front of Asan City B to the Do Do in the front of Asan City Do Do, under the influence of alcohol of 0.136%.

The punishment as shown in the disposition shall be determined in consideration of the fact that the defendant for the reason of sentencing under Article 62-2 of the Criminal Act on probation and lecture attendance order has a history of being punished several times for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act, the fact that the blood alcohol concentration in this case is considerably high, the defendant is led to confession and reflect, and the defendant's health is not good;
