Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 01:50 on July 20, 2013, the Defendant driven a vehicle of 2 km from the roads of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the access road from the Gayangcheon-dong, Seoyangcheon-dong, Seoul to the Olympic Winter Games of the same Gu with approximately 2 km alcohol concentration of 0.192%.
