A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 15, 2017, at around 23:30, the Defendant: (a) assaulted Defendant C’s wife’s house (Seoul Eastdong-gu 112 Dong Dong-dong 112 Dong-dong 902) with C’s 112 living room; and (b) obstructed the Defendant’s police officer’s performance of his duties by committing assaulting the Defendant’s horse with the following: “Inasmuch as it is a domestic violence case, the perpetrator and the victim should be separated; (c) her husband’s son must enter the room and hear the statement as low-income; and (d) on the ground that the Defendant received a demand from C to keep away from the scene, the Defendant did so in good hand; and (d) assaulted the Defendant’s her husband, who was dispatched to the scene (hereinafter “G 112 Dong-dong 902”), and boomed the Defendant’s desire to suppress the Defendant’s performance of his/her duties.”
