A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a holder of the BM7 car.

At around 23:00 on April 12, 2013, the Defendant, without purchasing a mandatory insurance policy for automobiles, driven the said SM7 car and turn to the left from the front right-hand of the said SM7 car to the front side of the Samsung E&M road located in the Gu-U.S. Sin-U. Sin-U.S. Sin-U. Sin-U.S. Sin-U. Sin-U. Sin-U.S. Sin-U. Sin-U. Sin-U. Sin-U. Sin-U. Sin-U. Sin-U. Sin-U. Sin-U. Sin-U. Sin-S. Sin-S. Sin-U. Sin-S. Sin-S. Sin-S. Sin-S.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as cerebral wave requiring treatment for about three weeks by occupational negligence as above, and at the same time, the Defendant destroyed the said rocketing car to repair cost of KRW 7,081,448 and escaped without immediately stopping and taking necessary measures.
