1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) take obstacles to the entry in the annex 2 list;

(b) the land listed in the annex 1 list;

1. The plaintiff is the project implementer of the "B Bogeumjari Housing Project", and the defendant is a person who occupies the land listed in the attached Table 1 list to be incorporated in the project district and the obstacles stated in the attached Table 2 list of the above land.

The Plaintiff paid compensation to C, the owner of the land listed in the attached Table 1 list, acquired ownership by an agreement on the land for public use, and paid full compensation to the Defendant for the obstacles listed in the attached Table 2 list owned by the Defendant.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to take the obstacles to the entry in the attached list 2 and deliver the land listed in the attached list 1 to the plaintiff.

2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
