A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a B cab without obtaining a driver’s license from around 2 km section from around 16:50 on October 29, 2015, to around the 2km road located in the same Eup/Myeon, due to the difficulties in located in the front of the fluence Eup in the Gyeonggi-si-si, Gwangju-si to the front of the said Eup/Myeon.

2. Crimes on December 20, 2015;

A. On December 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a brea vehicle described in paragraph (1) without obtaining a driver’s license on the part of approximately 3km of blood alcohol level from the 3km section to the front of a slaughterhouse located in the same in front of a slaughterhouse-si located in Gwangju-si, to the end of a slaughterhouse located in the same time, on the 3km section; (b) the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.131%.

B.
