Punishment of the crime

On August 20, 2013, around 04:46, the Defendant stolen an electric cable for electric control at approximately KRW 300,000,000, which was loaded in the off column of the cargo vehicle, by using any cresh in front of the 2nd parking lot in king-si, Daang-si, Daang-si, without any way around the surrounding area.
