1. Of the lawsuits in this case, the part of the primary claim against the defendant Ansan Accounting Corporation shall be dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. B Co., Ltd. (formerly: C Co., Ltd.; hereinafter “instant savings bank”) (formerly: hereinafter “instant savings bank”), including documents attached to the issuance of subordinated bonds and registration statement;
) On July 17, 2009, the second non-guaranteed subordinated bonds (hereinafter “instant subordinated bonds”) with the subscription amount of KRW 20 billion, maturity of October 17, 2014, and interest rate of KRW 8.50% (hereinafter “instant subordinated bonds”).
The plaintiffs issued the above subordinated bonds. (2) The plaintiffs issued an audit report on the financial statements of the subordinated bonds of this case prepared and announced as of June 25, 2009 and the investment prospectus prepared and announced as of July 3, 2009 by the savings bank of this case, and the audit report on the financial statements of this case during the 38th period (from July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008) and the 39 half-years and the 3rd quarter (from July 1, 2008 to March 31, 2009) were attached, and the review report on the financial statements of the savings bank of this case was stated as follows.
(Unit: (Unit: 36,6341,784, 2242, 281, 213) of December 38, 2008, Defendant Ansan Accounting Corporation prepared and submitted an audit report on the first quarter of 39th quarter (from July 1, 2008 to March 31, 2009), 25,913 1,915,381, 282, 38 (from July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008) of the total assets for the net income classified into the net income of the instant savings bank (%) 36,6341,784, 2242,051, as an external auditor of the instant savings bank, and prepared and presented an audit report on the first quarter of 38 September 2008, which was generally accepted in the Republic of Korea as the financial statements of the instant savings bank.
B. On November 16, 2012, the savings bank of this case was ordered to suspend its business operations by the Financial Services Commission, and was declared bankrupt on May 20, 2013 by Seoul Central District Court 2013Hahap64.
