On March 22, 2020, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.191% in blood alcohol concentration on March 11:51, 2020, and continued to drive the vehicle in front of the additional intersection road located in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, 272 into the Jincheon-IC room on the side of the chill.
