Punishment of the crime

2. Around 10:00 on December 24, 2014, the Defendant committed a crime against Victim F, the Defendant, as if he were to pay the victim F’s fee in the “H” bank of the victim F in Ischeon-si, Leecheon-si, belongs to an employee in non-name and operated various games.

However, the defendant had no intention or ability to pay the cost of using the PC because there was no credit card, etc. to pay the cost of cash or the cost of using the PC.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not pay 40,000 won for 15 hours until December 25, 2014 and did not pay 40,000 won.

3. From around 02:00 on December 25, 2014, the Defendant committed a crime against the victim I, as the victim I’s “KPk” in the operation of Ischeon-siJ from around 02:0 on December 25, 2014, the Defendant belonged to an employee in non-name and operated various games.

However, the defendant is willing to pay the cost of using the PC because there was no credit card, etc. to pay the cost of cash or the cost of using the PC.
