A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 10, 2018, at around 06:30 on May 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was requested to collect charges for the portion of free boarding from C, a passenger crew member of C, C, at around 06:30, in order to collect charges for the portion of free boarding from D, a passenger crew member of C, C, C; (b) and (c) to D, “I am. I am dead.”

“In doing a bath, D’s chest was pushed down with a bad hand and threatened D by gathering two above-mentioned persons on the books of the father station, which were placed on the fluences of D.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the maintenance of order of railroad facilities D, a railroad worker.
