Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On June 24, 2016, at around 07:52, the Defendant: (a) reported the victim E (28 tax , female) who was walking along the street in front of the “Cel” on the street, while driving his/her own D-rayed car, and had her sexual desired, accessed the victim’s side; and (b) provided the driver’s seat window at the driver’s seat without having her panty and panty; and (c) committed an act of openly obscenity by using her sexual organ in front of the victim’s view.
