A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 21, 2016, around 00:35, the Defendant collected drinking-water disease (Deficial c) which is an object dangerous to his/her loss among the disputes, on the ground that the victim D (36 years old) was changed in the “Csing room” located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon, and caused the victim to have an open two skins of the number of days of treatment when taking care of the victim’s head.

Accordingly, the defendant carried a beverage disease, which is a dangerous thing, and inflicted an injury on the victim.
