Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No defendant shall have the other party deliver words, sounds, letters, pictures, images, or other things that may cause a sense of sexual humiliation or aversion, by telephone, mail, computer or other means of communication, with intent to arouse or satisfy his/her own or other persons' sexual desire.
Nevertheless, on November 5, 2012, from around 09:46 to 10:14 of the same day, the Defendant sent images using his/her mobile phone to the cell phone of the victim C (bee 20 years of age) using his/her own mobile phone and sent his/her sexual organ to his/her female on seven occasions, thereby causing sexual humiliation and aversion to the victim.
