Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is an employee of the E-Contracting located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si D.

No person other than a pharmacy founder (including the relevant pharmacy pharmacist) may sell drugs or acquire them for the purpose of sale.

Nevertheless, around 16:42 on January 14, 2014, at the above pharmacy without a pharmacist's license, the above pharmacy sold 2,000 won to customers under the name of the above pharmacy, who found the location, one sheet of the manufacturing of the dynamic drugs (packers, body homicides).

2. Defendant B, as the founder of the above pharmacy, caused Defendant A, an employee, to do the above act.

2. Determination

A. The Pharmaceutical Affairs Act stipulates that no person, other than a pharmacist or herb pharmacist, shall establish a pharmacy, and at the same time, prohibits the sale of drugs by those, other than a pharmacy founder or a pharmacist or herb pharmacist working for the relevant pharmacy, in principle.
