Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is an employee of the E-Contracting located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si D.

No person other than a pharmacy founder (including the relevant pharmacy pharmacist) may sell drugs or acquire them for the purpose of sale.
