A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant committed the following crimes, on the ground that the Victim C (V, 45 years old), who was the mother of the Victim C (V, the mother of the Victim C (V, the 68 years old), was moving to the House of the Victim E (V, and did not obtain the Defendant’s permission.

1. At around 00:30 on July 22, 2012, the Defendant made intimidation to the said victim by calling at the victim E’s house, stating that “I Chewing and knife knife knife knife.”

A violation of the Punishment of Injury and Violence, etc. Act (a collective action, deadly weapons, etc.) takes the victim C at the above E’s house around 15:20 on the same day, and the defendant finds the victim C one time at the right side of the above victim’s right side by drinking it, and continues to walk one time on the part of the victim’s right side, and the above victim escaped outside of the house and is installed on the way to stop the above victim from carrying the knife (10cm in length on the knife) which is a deadly weapon prepared in advance to prevent him/her from carrying the knife and front glass of the above vehicle, and knife the knife of the above vehicle, which is a dangerous object in the surrounding area, (a) 26.5 cm, 15 cm in length, knife in height, and 8 cm in front of the above vehicle).

As a result, the Defendant inflicted injury on the above victim, which requires medical treatment for about 21 days, such as brain dust, damage to the inner pressure, and high-quality glass so that the Defendant damaged the amount of automobiles owned by the above victim by using a deadly weapon or dangerous object to be 55,00 won as repair cost.
