A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

A copy (Evidence No. 1) of a disposable gas unit (No. 1) seized shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant for theft:

A. On July 2017, around 16:00, at the front point of “Et” located in 3420, as the Haak-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, the Defendant discovered one bicycle bicycle box on the market price, which is the victim’s market where the victim was installed without correcting his/her name in his/her bicycle box, and was towed and stolen.

B. On August 6, 2017, around 03:00, in front of “D” located in the Chungcheongbuk-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, the victim-owned, who was established without correcting his/her name, discovered one bicycle of “Yagle Eagle” in the market value, the victim-owned, who was established without correcting his/her name.

On August 6, 2017, around 03:05, at the front of the “G restaurant” way operated by the Victim F in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongbuk-si, the victim discovered a box containing 30 empty bottles equivalent to the total market value of 9,000 won, which is the victim’s own land located therein, and stolen it on a stolen bicycle, as described in the foregoing paragraph (b).

2. On August 6, 2017, the Defendant, who was arrested on the charge of the above 1-B and 1-3(b), was released and returned home on the same day.

At around 05:20 on the same day, the Defendant continuously discovered multiple bicycles installed by the victim I located in H in the Chungcheongbuk-si, Chungcheongnam-si, 05:20, and caused public danger by destroying two bicycles at the market price of the victim (including the bicycles managed by the victim upon request of the victim under the name of the victim) in total equivalent to KRW 70,000,00, which are owned by the victim by the victim, and by cutting off the bicycles, and in order to prevent them from spreading in a timely fashion.

As a result, the defendant destroyed an object owned by another person and caused public danger.
