1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

The Plaintiff asserted that, on April 17, 2016, a driver employed by the Plaintiff Company operated B urban bus (hereinafter “instant bus”) around 17:45, the Plaintiff was not negligent in operating the bus in a normal and ordinary manner, and there was no negligence in failing to perform his/her duty of safe driving. The Defendant’s loss of the instant bus, which was going beyond that of Busan Young-ro 99-ro 2, was caused by the Defendant’s total negligence.
