Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Building Act;

A. On February 2013, the Defendant: (a) constructed a three-household building in Kimhae-si C by means of setting up a wall on the part used as the first floor restaurant without reporting to the Kimhae-si Mayor; and (b) changed the purpose of use.

B. The Defendant did not obtain permission from the Kimhae market at the date, time, and place indicated in the foregoing paragraph, and extended one story of a size of 63.75 square meters.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Parking Lot Act did not establish an annexed parking lot with a total of at least nine vehicles at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) and constructed facilities by means of rebuilding and extension on the said house.

3. The Defendant violated the National Land Planning and Utilization Act (hereinafter “National Land Planning and Utilization Act”), at the date and time, at the location, in accordance with the detailed plan for the housing site development project of Kimhae-gu, the total number of households per parcel does not exceed 4 households in the case of constructing a detached house for the purpose of lease, and the total number of households per parcel shall not exceed 3 stories in the case of constructing a building, and building walls may not exceed 4 stories in the case of constructing a building, and building a total of 9 households in the way of extending 4 stories in the case
